Whistling or squealing noise while device is being worn Hearing device or earmould not inserted correctly Re-insert your hearing device

Ear wax blocking the ear canal Have your ear canal examined

Earmould tubing split Contact Australian Hearing or your provider

Earmould or in-the-ear device too loose Contact Australian Hearing or your provider
No sound Device not turned on Check the battery holder is fully closed and the device switched on

Dead battery Replace battery with a new one

Device in 'T' positionSwitch to 'M' position

Tubing blocked with wax or moisture Remove wax or moisture from tubing - see your provider if problem persists
Weak sound Volume too soft Adjust volume control

Moisture or wax partially blocking the tubing Remove wax or moisture from tubing - see your provider if problem persists

Change in your hearing Contact Australian Hearing or your provider for a hearing test
Intermittent sound Dirty or corroded battery contacts
