- These Terms and Conditions make up the offer.
- The offer is a dollar discount off the regular price of a single or pair of hearing aids from the Siemens 300 and 500 level series device when purchased by an eligible person* in one transaction or

- The offer is only available to eligible people*
- To accept the offer an eligible person* must place an order with Australian Hearing on or before 30 Jun 2013
- The promotion begins on 2 Jan 2012 and ends 30 Jun 2013.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, should you be dissatisfied with the hearing aid/s purchased, you are entitled to return the hearing aid/s and receive a refund less a $150 administration fee within fifty-five (55) days of purchase, provided that:
- You return the hearing aid/s in the original packaging with proof of purchase; and
- The hearing aid/s is in good condition, has not been damaged by use and is in proper working order.
- The bonus MiniTek remote control device cannot be returned for a refund.

- Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- This offer is only available to eligible people* issued with a valid Seniors Card issued by the responsible Victorian, New South Wales, ACT, Queensland, South Australian, Western Australian or Tasmanian Government Department.
- The offer is a 10% discount off the Australian Hearing regular price for a single Top-Up hearing aid or a pair of Top-Up hearing aids when purchased by an eligible person* in one transaction.
- This offer excludes all accessories such as remote controls (ePen, ProPocket or TEK), a re-charger and all assistive listening devices (ALD's).
- To accept the offer an eligible person* must show a valid Seniors Card to an Australian Hearing staff member.

Australian Hearing 2012 Gladstone event, Win a Hamper Competition
Terms and conditions:
- Entry into this Competition shall be deemed an acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
- The Competition commences at 8:30am on Monday 26 November 2012 and closes at 12:00pm on Thursday 20 December 2012 ("Promotional Period").
- Entry is open to all clients at Australian Hearing Gladstone, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies, agencies and participating outlets.
- Only one (1) entry permitted per referral by eligible people, as outlined in clause 3.
- To enter, collect and complete in full an entry form and drop it in the entry box at the Australian Hearing Gladstone, Shop 10 The Palms Shopping Fair, 172 Goondoon Street Gladstone QLD during the Promotional Period.
- Entries are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. For the avoidance of doubt, entry forms that have one or more responses to questions that are incomplete or that are incorrect, indecipherable or illegible, are not eligible for participation in the prize draw.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrants who submit entries that are not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or who tamper with the entry process. - The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to the address supplied on the winners individual entry and does not take any responsibility for the prize being lost, damaged or destroyed in transit.
- The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

- Entry into this Competition shall be deemed an acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
- The Competition commences at 9:00am on Monday 22 April 2013 and closes at 4:00pm on Friday 26 April December 2013 ("Promotional Period").
- Entry is open to all attendees to the Australian Hearing bus when it visits: Romeo's Foodland Shopping Centre, 591 Magill Road, Magill, Port Canal Shopping Centre, 200 Commercial Road, Port Adelaide, Hallett Cove Shopping Centre, 246 Lonsdale Road, Hallett Cove and Goolwa Village Shopping Centre, 33 Hutchinson Street, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies, agencies and participating outlets.
- Only one (1) entry permitted per referral by eligible people, as outlined in clause 3.
- To enter, collect and complete in full an entry form and drop it in the entry box at one of bus locations (as outlined in clause 3) during the Promotional Period.
- Entries are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. For the avoidance of doubt, entry forms that have one or more responses to questions that are incomplete or that are incorrect, indecipherable or illegible, are not eligible for participation in the prize draw.
