Australian Hearing offers a battery supply and repair service at all permanent hearing centres. Our staff are trained to repair hearing aids and supply batteries for clients with a valid Hearing Services card.
We aim to provide a same day repair service, and our technicians can usually repair a hearing aid on-the-spot while a client waits. Hearing aids which are under warranty may need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair.
For clients who cannot come into a centre, we offer a postal repair and battery supply service.
A small annual fee will cover all battery and repair needs throughout the year.
