Confirm your appointment via SMS

Since November 2015, Australian Hearing has been using SMS Appointment Confirmations (text messages) as its primary method of confirming appointments. This is in keeping with standard practice across many industries, including health.

Whilst our standard method of confirming appointments will be by SMS, confirmation by telephone will still be available for clients who do not have a mobile phone or who prefer contact by telephone.

We have introduced this method of communication following feedback from our clients who found it more convenient to receive a text message than a phone call and liked having this information saved on their mobile phones.

Privacy and Your Personal Information: Australian Hearing will only record your contact details (including your e-mail address) if you contact us or send us a message using the email address or online feedback form below. It will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to a mailing list. We will not use your e-mail address or other contact details for any other purpose, and will not disclose it, without your consent. Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you may access or correct the information we hold about you and how you may make a complaint to us.
