In your appointment, our clinician will do a thorough assessment to determine the degree of your hearing loss and recommend hearing aids if required. They'll support you in making your decision, tailoring the solution to your needs and lifestyle. If you decide to proceed with hearing aids, they'll arrange to fit you with a fully subsidised hearing aid at $0* cost to you.
No problem! If you'd like to purchase a hearing aid that has more advanced technology such as better adjusting in noisy environments or more natural sound, these options will be partially subsidised for you if you're eligible under the Program. This means you'll be able to purchase them at a lower price.
Your satisfaction with your hearing aids is our highest priority, so we offer a free^ 14-day no-obligation trial. You can take the hearing aids home and try them for 14 days at no cost to you. Wear them in real-life situations like at the gym, in a café or while watching TV, to see how they fit into your everyday life.
