Book a comprehensive hearing assessment at one of our hearing centres. From your assessment, we'll determine if you could benefit from hearing aids and after discussing your hearing needs, budget and lifestyle, we'll recommend a range of hearing aids to suit you. A comprehensive hearing assessment and other services may incur a fee if you're not eligible for the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (the Program).
Step 3
From our hearing aid recommendations, you can choose a pair to try at home for 14 days. This is a free, no-obligation trial where you can try the hearing aid in all your real-world environments to see if it suits your lifestyle. During this trial period, you'll receive ongoing support with adjustments to the hearing aid settings and usage tips to maximise your experience with its features and functionality.
Step 4
After the 14-day period, you can either purchase the hearing aids or simply return them. If you're interested in another device, you can also work with your clinician to identify a more suitable one that you can try within the clinic during your appointment.
